Xing Zhaolin and Eleanor Lee have been steadily building up their careers especially in the last year. We know Xing Zhaolin as the 8th Prince in The Eternal Love and Yuwen Yue’s bodyguard Yueqi in Princess Agents. We know Eleanor Lee as the quirky class prez in The Big Boss and the young future queen in Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy.
They will be playing college students in Blowing in the Wind 强风吹拂 (literal title: strong wind blows), China’s first youth idol drama about mountain climbing. It seems like just the coming-of-age sports story that would have its fair share of Kleenex moments as it also has a greater story tied to a traumatic incident five years ago. It also seems like a step in the right direction for both stars in terms of diversifying their roles.

Eleanor Lee had to chop off her long hair for the sake of the role. She begrudgingly admits that her hair won’t get messed up no matter how hard the wind blows.

Filming began about a month ago on May 28, 2018 in Chongqing.

Eleanor looks great with short hair. Mountain climbing is awesome and it's a pretty unique concept for a drama.
