I’m approaching Spy Hunter 天衣无缝 with renewed interest after hearing about its connection to The Disguiser. Zhang Yong 张勇 wrote both novels as part of her spy series and double hats to write the screenplay for the drama adaptation. More posters were released and it continues to bring the right amount of modernistic flair to the dated time period.
The posters tell us much of the same things we already know with Qin Jun Jie (Summer’s Desire), Xu Lu (Tribes and Empires), Hu Hai Feng (Three Body) and Lu Yi (Legend of Qin) leading the cast. Then I saw another name on the corner – Wu Xiu Bo (Advisors Alliance) will be making a special appearance.
