Sadly, ratings don’t seem to be improving from previous weeks which may be a testament to how people are feeling about the recent drama selections on tv. The Way We Were which shot up to second and third place on its first day eventually took the top spot from Here to Heart during the latter part of the week. Here to Heart still retains the lead for the most part even with numbers that are barely into the 1.0% range.
At least the two shows are also doing well online to hit 4.5 billion and 1 billion respectively as of the writing of this post. Moonshine and Valentine deserves a special mention for trailing behind the two primetime dramas in third. It seems to be the only one that’s getting collectively good feedback.
Meanwhile, celeb rankings seem to have undergone an overhaul. Cai Xukun who won Idol Producer with the most votes proves his popularity by rocketing to the top of the list. The TF Boys Roy Wang, Jackson Yi and Karry Wang are also within the top 10. Moonshine and Valentine stars Victoria Song and Johnny Huang are in 3rd and 6th place.

I am painfully watching Here to Heart just to see how it will end. Honestly, for me, it is a bad drama, so so slow, nothing happens in every episode. It's crazy how they created a 35 episodes drama without a real plot apart the neverending misunderstandings of the leads. The actors are trying the best interpreting shallow characters but they can't save the show

Here to Heart had a good start but now it's dragging with all the misunderstanding. You don't even see much of the main couple, it seems they opt for the second lead. So frustrating for a Zhang Han drama. Will wait for the ending.

Here To Heart is just the usual tv drama full of tv drama tropes. The similar My Sunshine was probably done better. I liked the crime drama Love's Lies better and Love's Lies is more similar to Hamlet.

Dramas which make it to network television nowadays are bad, probably due to censoership. Here to Heart is draggy and full of cliches, and The Way We Were started out good but is falling into the same territory as well. Web dramas are where the real gems are nowadays.

Thank you! I'm surprised The Way We Were isn't doing better.

So far, The Way We Were looks like a university drama. I do not see much drama about crimes. There is a comedy side story about fake marriage to get green card for an obese chinese woman (I remember the law says have to stay married for 3 years). For asians, bmi 23 is overweight and bmi 25 is obese. Chubby looking asians are probably already obese.
