Filming began on March 29 for the upcoming drama Fearless Whispers 隐秘而伟大 (temporary title) which has announced Li Yi Feng, Gina Jin Chen, Wang Long Zheng, Niu Jun Feng and Kira Shi Shi as the main cast. I’m pretty happy that Gina Jin has found her next project especially after how her attempt to break her contract with Tangren fell through. Li Yi Feng has a streak for headlining hit dramas, which is a pretty good sign for the new production. It’s too early to know who’s playing who, but as this is a drama about an ordinary cop-turned-spy, there definitely won’t be a shortage of the usual Republican drama espionage. The better question is probably to figure out which one of them are not playing spies.

Looking forward to the collaboration between li yi feng and Gina Jin. Plus so excited to see young actor, niu jun feng, watched him in princess agents and he has got some potential. So hope that the drama does not disappoint me as I have high expectations due to the strong cast.

According to the synopsis and introduction on their weibo, Li Yifeng is the main lead, a rookie cop turned spy, Gu Yaodong. Gina Jin as Shen Qinghe, the messenger that will help him, and Wang Longzheng is his superior in the police station which will also help him in his mission. The three are all spies indeed.
