Behind The Scenes 幕后之王 is a drama that tells a story about the people behind the camera. We get to have our first look at the ensemble cast as they are presented in red carpet attires. As the main couple, Zhou Dongyu (Sparrow) and Luo Jin (Love’s Lies) play the aspiring producer who meets the top-notch producer. My first thought was that the show may be trying to rip off the k-drama Producers, but a closer look at the characters and it seems completely standalone. If you are interested in the ins and outs of the Chinese entertainment industry, then this might be an interesting watch.
The rest of the cast includes Wayne Liu Rui Lin, Wu Li Peng, Wang Xiao, Zhong Dan Ni, Tse Kwan Ho and Chen Ran with special appearances by Kitty Zhang Yuqi (Legend of Demon Cat) and Chen Shu (Peace Hotel).
