After seven months of preparations, Candle in the Tomb: The Wrath of Time 鬼吹灯之怒晴湘西 begins filming early this month in a very low-key opening ceremony that didn’t feature any of the main cast. Guan Hu returns as the Director after working on Candle in the Tomb: The Weasel Grave. The story will revolve around another generation of tomb raiders from more than half a century earlier which means that a new cast is to be expected. Wu Chun (Martial Universe), Pan Yueming (Day & Night) and Xin Zhilei (Mr. Right) are currently rumored as the leads.
