Dilraba Dilmurat, Vic Chou and Vin Zhang are joined by Joey Yung, Wu Lei, Yuan Hong and Zhang Xincheng as the guests for the upcoming episode of Happy Camp which airs this Saturday, February 17, at 8:20pm. Everyone turns up in costume with The Flame’s Daughter 烈火如歌 dressed as their drama alter ego and the rest as the characters from Journey to the West.
If, like me, you are watching Hwayugi too, Wu Lei is basically Wu Kong, Yuan Hong is Ma Wang and He Jiong is Tangsan Monk. It already looks like it would be a fun group to watch, and Vic Chou and Dilraba Dilmurat even lend their voices to sing a duet 一生所愛. The episode was filmed back in January which is what led to speculations that Hunan TV will be airing the drama. As of the latest news, Liehuo Ruge is still airing exclusively as a web drama on Youku.
