With so many Chinese dramas waiting to be aired, I’m on the fence when it comes to Retourner Le Monde A Toi 归还世界给你 which seems interesting but could easily fall into the category of just another melodrama though I’m liking the consistently chic visuals. In a show that’s about fashion designers, I guess that’s a given.
Yang Shuo plays Lu Zhun, a mysterious designer who is in love with Shen Yi En.
Gu Li Na Zha plays Shen Yi En, a strong female inspiration in the fashion world. She has an alluring exterior and the competence and brilliance of a savvy businesswoman. She is calm under pressure and has worked tirelessly towards building her own brand.
Jeremy Jones as Qin Ye, a fashion designer. He is Shen Yi En’s childhood friend and can be a bit all over the place.
Zhao Han Ying Zi as Cen Wei, Shen Yi En’s good friend. She is the chief editor of a large fashion magazine. She is bold, confident and passionate towards work and friends.
Wang Dong as Mo Xu, a fashion designer. He has high IQ, high EQ and high visuals.
Mary Ma Chun Rui as Yin Wei, the daughter of a wealthy family.
Shen Dong Jun as the villain. Not much is revealed about the character yet, but the actor is also listed as one of the producers.
