I Cannot Hug You or Touch Me 无法拥抱的你 is a 32-episode Chinese webdrama adapted from a popular webtoon. I don’t see the title explicitly mentioned, but it seems to be based on the unTouchable Line webtoon created by Massstar which tells a story about a modern-day vampire who absorbs energy from humans through the sense of touch.
The plot revolves around an inexplicable pull between two people and the romance that ensues between them. The main protagonist is the modern-day vampire who is apathetic towards everything in life until he showed up as her next-door neighbor (he’s a germophone, like in the webtoon). Her world changes as she feels the desperate need to get close to him. Will she finally be able to hug him?
The cast is led by Zhang Yuxi (Dear Prince), Xing Zhaolin (Eternal Love), Dai Jing Yao, Xu Kai Cheng, Michelle Wang, Xin Rui Qi, Sun Ze Yuan and Han Mu Bo.

The vampire theme might be overused but the main couple's premise makes the story different. The female lead is attracted to the male lead because he has "pure" energy unlike other humans she touches. I think this is because he refrains from touch and keeps himself clean due to his phobia lol.
