We finally get to meet the entire main cast in a new batch of posters for Wait in Beijing 我在北京等你, and I like that each and every shot gives us a little window into the character that’s being portrayed. They all seem so sophisticated, hip, trendy and interesting at the same time which is definitely a good sign. The drama is mainly about people born and raised in New York except for the leading lady who hails from the other side of the globe. I’m a little skeptical at how authentic it will be given that many of the cast members are from China, but at least George Hu’s completely at home since he really is from there.
The cast is led by Li Yi Feng, Maggie Jiang Shu Ying, George Hu, He Du Juan (she’s the handmaid of the prince in Tribes and Empires), Leon Lee and Tara Ke Tian Rou.
