From Survivor to Healer 爱上你治愈我 has wrapped after four months of filming that took the cast and crew from Beijing to Tokyo. Amongst the recent healing series that range from Healing Love to To Love To Heal, this one prides itself for being the most realistic with medical professionals onboard as consultants and actual stories based on 28 real-life cases.
Who would’ve thought that Shawn Dou and Vivi Miao Miao who played Yan Xun and Xiaoqi in Princess Agents would end up playing a couple? Shawn Dou clearly doesn’t need much introduction (I’m digging up this drama solely for him), but Miao Miao didn’t leave much of an impression on me. In her defense, she didn’t really get a chance to show much of anything in Princess Agents other than to stand on the sidelines along with Xiaoba, but she must have potential as she also jumps to leading lady status in Feng Xiaogang’s upcoming movie Youth.
This drama takes both actors to a medical setting where he’s a psychiatrist and she’s a psychologist. The cast also includes Peng Guan Ying (Princess of Lanling King), Wang Si Si, Jin Shi Jie (Reset), Pan Hong (For My Love) and Zheng Qiu Hong. Catch the latest batch of stills below.

Sorry, I couldn’t look at this drama thru and I love Shawn Dou but Vivi Miao didn’t do it for me as leading lady, I only watch up to 10 eps. I haven’t been back to it, that was last year. Loved her in Princess Agent in a supporting role. They should spend the money to make Princess Agent 2 with a little more romantic passion, original cast only, ridding of Chun,er by ep. 2. Sorry just my opinion.
