The King of Blaze 火王之破晓之战 is a Chinese fantasy wuxia adapted from a Taiwanese manhua by You Su-Lan. It was a bestselling comic during the early 90’s that continued to enjoy widespread popularity when it entered the Chinese market in 2004. However, there’s a big change in the live action because instead of two male characters as the main protagonists, the story brings together Chen Bolin (The Dreaming Man) and Jing Tian (Glory of Tang Dynasty) to play the main couple.
He is a sought-after actor whose works include the much-loved romance drama In Time With You opposite Ariel Lin. She is a Chinese actress who has been foraying into Hollywood with moves like The Great Wall and Kong: Skull Island. It’s their first time working together, and it’ll be interesting how these two bring to life the fantastical characters of God of Fire and the God of Wind and the complicated romance that comes with it.
Zhang Yijie (Untouchable Lovers), Lai Yumeng (Go! Goal! Fighting), Fan Shiqi (Where The Lost Ones Go) and Sun Shaolong (Let’s Fall In Love) also join the cast.
Thousands of years ago, there was a beautiful planet amongst the stars where the deities lived. Among them, there were six powerful gods that include the God of Fire, God of Wind and the God of Mountain maintained the peace in the realms. During a dangerous battle with dark forces, the deities suffer a huge blow. Wind is nowhere to be found after rescuing Fire. In order to find an alternate energy source to save their home, Fire travels to the glorious age of Tang Dynasty where he meets a person who looks exactly like his long-lost love, the God of Wind and ignites a complicated romance between the two. The second part of the story which takes place in the modern day will have 33 episodes.

The story where the immortal world is crumbling because of the war between the winged clan and immortals causes their planet to crumble and they look for other planet as a new source energy to restore their planet. The love story also between the protagonists is so amazing…
