CMC Pictures which has the rights to distribute Legend of Wu Kong 悟空传 overseas has released the list of theaters that will air the highly-anticipated movie starring Eddie Peng, Ni Ni, Shawn Yue, Oho Ou, Zheng Shuang, Qiao Shan and Faye Yu.
The endless promotional materials may seem like overkill at this point, but it’s worked like a charm on me as I am thoroughly convinced that Eddie Peng is the handsomest Monkey King ever. The remaining cast has plenty of star power as well though I’m really hoping that the movie doesn’t just dwell on the visuals, but actually delivers the badassery that it promises. Check out the Wu Kong premiere dates and locations below.
