Needless to say, we can expect to see a whole lot of action and mystery that is characteristic of the classic tomb-raiding franchise. Instead of the main protagonist Hu Ba Yi, the focus is on his son Hu Tian. It is headlined by Darren Wang (A Better Tomorrow) and Gina Jin Chen (Meng Fei Jia Dao).
Hu Tian is a 25-year-old delinquent leading a carefree life with Xiao Jin Ya, whom he considers to be like a sister. One day, a mysterious woman named Bing Lun appears with news of his real parents. An elderly man also appears and claims to be a friend of his father. It is up to the young heroes to figure out who’s friend and who’s foe and to start an expedition to find long-lost family.
