Operation Love has ended while Legend of the Dragon Pearl continues to do badly ratings-wise. I’d be hardpressed to find another network taking the lead on the 10pm timeslot which generally seems to be dominated by Hunan TV (the network that is airing Princess Agents).
I honestly haven’t been tracking ratings long enough to know whether this is a fair observation or not but to see is to believe. A Life Time Love is scheduled to replace Operation Love this week and it might just give Princess Agents a run for its money, or not.

White Deer Plain seems to have inched past Song of Phoenix for good and it continues the streak from the prior week with ratings past 1.0% on Jiangsu TV, the same goes for their web rankings. It’s interesting to note that White Deer Plain has more than a week left while Song of Phoenix ended its run to lackluster ratings of 0.644% on June 10 (ratings for the day not available in the table below). Now that most of the shows are over and done with, let the new games begin!
*The above are mostly primetime shows that air at 19:30 while those highlighted in blue air at 22:00. **Rankings are overall rankings across the shows airing in the same night, regardless of air time.

Ode to Joy 2 did amazing in both online (views) and TV ratings. I am sure the ladies are extra happy.
It seems that June will be dominated by Hunan dramas with both Princess Agents and Rush to the End of Summer doing good rating wise. I predict Rush to the End of Summer taking the lead since it airs earlier. That 10-12 timeslot is so late so ratings are usually not able to compete with earlier dramas.

I don't think A Lifetime Love will stir the waters. Victoria + Peter Sheng's acting is enough to turn anyone off a show. Not to mention that Victoria's name is practically synonymous with bad drama.

Lol, this comment is so mean but it cracks me up every time I see it!

LMAO! So mean but so true!

I' glad Princess Agents is doing well as a ZLY fan but have to admit I'm disappointed with the drama so far. Maybe my expectations were too high but the CGI, directing choices, bad dubbing and colour palette are so distracting. But I'm only on Episode 3 and from recaps I've seen it seems things will get more interesting soon so will stick with it.

It's definitely no Nirvana in Fire, that's for sure, but i think it gets much better after the first 10 or so episodes. At least, even with all its huge flaws, I'm still hugely enjoying it. It is DEFINITELY eons above General and I in acting quality, so it's all good.
