It’s a battle for hotness supremacy as Mark Chao and Li Yi Feng grace the covers of Esquire and Grazia respectively. I was staring so intently that I failed to notice the puppy at first and I love anything with puppies, cats too.
This year has seen a breakthrough in the careers of both actors. Li Yi Feng proves his star power with a few dramas making it to the 10 billion club as of last December (dramas that have hit over 10 billion views). He is probably second only to Zhao Li Ying who is the reigning ratings queen. He shoots for Grazia in London wearing a Stella McCartney Spring Summer Collection.
Mark Chao’s success probably doesn’t need introduction at this point after winning everyone with his impressive acting skills. He’s apparently a chameleon too who can change his face at will, switching from monolids to double eyelids with the blink of an eye, just to crank up the intensity cause he can.

I just realized that they both worked with Yangmi and become bigger stars with those projects..

Li Yi Feng is the most gorgeous and beautiful Chinese actor, even though he looks more like a young boy than a man. That goes for many Chinese actors/actresses who mostly look ten years younger than they are. I liked "Ten Miles Of Peach Blossom" a lot but never really fell for any of the the two leads. They are both just quite ordinary in my opinion, at the same time as there are so incredibly many other completely out of this world beautiful Chinese actors. Even though Li Yi Feng looks "childish" you can see that his role in "Sparrow" shows a lot more maturity, and actually shows that he can shoulder that kind of role as well, which is far from "Forever Young" or "Fall In Love Like A Star". LYF actually reminds me of Donnie Yen when he was in his prime. DY in the nineties was as gorgeous then, and they have the same charm and charisma. Put it like this, if there are ten people on the screen, one of them always draws your attention and overshadows and outshines the others. That's LYF and that's Donnie Yen. IMO!
