Railroad Tigers 铁道飞虎 is a Chinese blockbuster starring Jackie Chan, Huang Zi Tao (A Chinese Odyssey), Wang Kai (When A Snail Falls in Love) and Darren Wang (Our Times). It is Jackie Chan’s third time collaborating with Director Ding Sheng after working on Little Big Soldier and Police Story 2013.
After the war exploded in 1941, the railroad passing through Shandong has become an important military strategy in the Sino-Japanese war. A group of unknowns take up arms in the fight to defend the territory, calling themselves the railroad tigers.
Moviegoers can expect Jackie Chan’s signature action comedy that is sure to heat up the screen. And did I mention that Huang Zi Tao and Wang Kai are in it too? Tao apparently was one of the first people casted due to his background in martial arts.
