So I went a little picture happy today, which started when I was browsing through Producer Director Yu Zheng’s weibo and found him liking a post of Chen Xiao and Yuan Shan Shan, both of whom are frequent choices for his own productions.
Then I come across a post from last year featuring Luhan on a motorcycle and this post just gets longer. Apparently, I can name a drama for each celebrity because that’s how much I keep up with these things nowadays.
Luhan is a fantasy wuxia hero for the first time in the upcoming Fighter of the Destiny. Dilraba Dilmurat is the ugly duckling in the Chinese version of She Was Pretty. Jing Tian is the lone heroine in the movie The Great Wall, also starring Luhan.
Chen Xiao stars opposite Sun Li in the upcoming Nothing Gold Can Stay. Yuan Shan Shan takes the lead in another TV adaptation of Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre. Finally, Zhang Ruo Yun is the courageous warrior in The Fated General. It’s nice to see the Chinese celebs outside dramas from time to time and in their element. I like them all but loving Dilraba’s concept the most.
