I’m still shopping for the next big thing after Princess Weiyoung ended two weeks ago and even though I started Chusen yesterday and I’m loving the first few episodes of Goblin, neither clock in enough hours to replace my daily dose of dramas though it actually works out for the better because I’m on a mountain somewhere for the holidays and not glued to the tube for once.
That said, I’ll be skipping the ratings comparison since I’m not watching enough to warrant the segment but as usual, below are the top ten based on China’s leading search engine Baidu and as expected, Princess Weiyoung tops the list.

Top Five Hong Kong / Taiwan / Southeast Asian Actresses (week beginning Dec. 12)
1. Joe Chen

Top Five Hong Kong / Taiwan / Southeast Asian Actors (week beginning Dec. 12)

The ‘others’ list took me by surprise because I wasn’t expecting to see legendary icons Anita Mui and Leslie Cheung next to William Chan and the two Wallaces but then again, it’s a ranking based on a popularity feature on baidu that is a fairly subjective gauge in and of itself.
Nevertheless, I’m putting this together because it’s interesting for me and hopefully for you too, please let me know what you’d like to see more of so I can decide whether or not to keep posting 🙂
Last but not the least, thank you so much for all your support be it through reading or lurking or commenting. It must be the time of the year that is turning me all sentimental and mushy but it has literally been a year of changes for me personally and for the blog. It means a lot even if it’s just one person reading, thank you, and hope you enjoy the holidays!

Thank you so much for maintaining the blog. It's such a joy to read, and I've spent many happy hours here since I discovered KDramas and CDramas a mere six months ago. Hope holidays

Maybe Angelababy's or Yangmi's drama – it's heavily promoted. But these dramas doesn't have the evil mothers & makjang like Princess Weiyoung that makes you wanna throw something at the screen while watching
It's more journey of love between two people with a little revenge of the side but no evil mothers, etc.,

I am very happy to see the ratings for my fav drama stay with me and more happy to see joe Chen on number 1 spot in Taiwanese/hong kong/southeast Asian combined. Wonderful feat. I admire her acting, works, ethics and fashion sense.
