K-actor Lee Joon Ki (Scarlet Heart Ryeo) stars in his first Chinese movie called Never Said Goodbye 谎言西西里, telling a sweet and sincere love story between a Korean exchange student and his muse, that is until things take a turn for the worse as the story touches on a passionate romance built around a lie.
The premise while intriguing is enough to turn me away because I have a feeling it’s gonna end in heartbreak and tears.
C-actress Zhou Dongyu and TW-actor Ethan Ruan round up the main cast and even the locations span across continents with beautiful sceneries filmed in Shanghai and Sicily. The movie premieres Aug 9, 2016.
