Siege in Fog 人生若如初相见 is another Fei Wo Si Cun 匪我思存 novel adaptation, however, it has a different Chinese title from the novel due to controversies between production and the author herself. Fei Wo Si Cun who is a popular author that also penned Chronicle of Life sues for breach of contract and claims that the producers continued to work on the project without payment. As their defense, the production team claims that a substantial investment was already made prior with no objections whatsoever, so for the author to suddenly demand an extravagant sum is unfair and unwarranted.
Not sure what will happen here but stills are out for this upcoming romance drama starring Elvis Han (20 Once Again) and Sun Yi (Liang Sheng, Must We Be Sorrowful). Elvis Han has been gaining exposure since Monster Killer with the potential to become the next big star thanks to his smoking physique and onscreen charisma. I swear that I really don’t ogle every actor but he looks too fine in the snazzy Republican era suit.
Also in the cast are Jeremy Tsui (Braveness of the Ming), Zou Tingwei (Heavenly Sweetness Ash-like Frost), Alex Fong (Liu Shan Men), Yu Bo (New Dragon Gate Inn) and Howie Huang (The Legend of Dugu).
The story revolves around a love-hate relationship between two people. The anti-hero is a distant cut below the average immature male by coercing his lady love into a marriage she never wanted given that she is in love with another man. To make matters worse, lies of epic proportions are uncovered, pitting the newly-wed couple against each other. It already sounds like a major angst-fest, which is to be expected given the author’s writing style. Update: It’s been two years since the writing of this post and it’s finally airing in two days!

No, it hasn't aired yet. Current airdate is June 25 2017, but I read at another site that date may change to later, so we'll have to see. There is a fan channel at Viki for the drama. Hopefully they can get the liscense. Please visit the channel and request the liscense.

just finished ep 14 and i like it so far, tho i know its angsty and there might be sad ending but the acting is good, the actors are good looking and the outfits are pretty lol
